Privacy

Launchpod keeps launcher layouts and preferences on your Mac. Licensing requests send the email you provide, a stable app-scoped device identifier derived one-way from this Mac's platform identity, your Mac's displayed name, the device platform, the selected license plan, and validation timestamps to the Launchpod licensing service.

What we do not collect

Launchpod does not use your Mac serial number, MAC address, or advertising identifiers for licensing.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Launchpod receives payment status and transaction identifiers, not your complete card number.

Device management

You can release an activated device. Administrators can release devices or revoke a Product Key when required for support or fraud prevention. Released activation records and administrator actions are retained for license integrity, customer support, and fraud investigation; a deletion request will be handled subject to payment, tax, security, and legal retention duties.
